MU services Support

Mzumbe University through Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies hosts, manage and administers a number of university ICT services as listed under MU services in this site. A number of technical experts are dedicated to ensuring the systems and users are supported so that intended goals can be achieved. DICT offices are available and accessible in all university campuses. Some of the university services are campus specific and some are global.

The following are ways that you can use to obtain help and support from the DICT technical team:-

  1. By contacting Specific DICT staff. Although this is not recommended approach, you can contact specific DICT administrator for any issues related to our services. Based on the availability, our administrator will assist or advice proper channel to be followed.

  3. By sending email to specific ICT team. DICT staffs are organized on a number of teams based on the services they offer. By sending email to specific team allows specialized team members to respond to your enquiry as opposed to sending your request through other mechanism.
